25yr/F C/o -Fever, Abdomen distension & pain ,persistent Voming , Body weakness since 7-8 days O/E - Abodomen tenderness on epigstric region M/H - Menstrual period come 10 days prior P/V mild bleeding since 2 days Dengue NS1 -Reactive MP-Negative Liver enzymes -Raised Plts raised 47000 to 76000 in 2 days treating with 2500 ML fluid in 24 hourly Anti-Fibrinolytic once stat Antipyretic Anti emetic Tab Udiliv 150mg BD Syrup Hepamarz 10ml BD Give your valuable Suggest

Now once platelets r raised then nothing to worry. fine with ur treatment. only point will be abt IV fluids,which needs to be reduced. Look for urine output.

Positive c/I dengue fever wit NS1ANTIGEN positive Thrombocytopenia Needs replacement of platelet Bleeding p/v is due to thrombocytopenia Distension abdomen seems to be overtly infused USG abdomen and sr electrolytes are missing LFTS suggest deranged function enzymes are raised suggest viral hepatitis ie cholestatic

Only PCM and plenty of fluids are sufficient for treatment of dengue,and platelets transfusion if decreased to critical levels,rest are not useful for dengue treatment
