26 year old female came with complains of these rashes on both sides of neck , on left arm and on chest with severe icthing for 3 years .and also complains of whole body icthing that subsides by taking citrizine ..but no relief in these rashes..pt is a housewife and taking tt for depression for 1 year, no any family history of skin diseases.. kindly suggest me diagnosis and treatment....
