16 years old male pt developed this tongue lesion after taking antimalarial drugs..no other significant history..dx & mx

Dear doctor..im unable to Diagnose what is this Patient tounge is white .patinet subah ko tongue saaf kar leta h, par afternoon tak phir white ho jati hai, Only Irritation...hai or kuch nahi Pls rx and dx

Please tell diagnosis and treatment Female 55 years Piitala constitution Had consumed अम्ल, लवण, कटु रस more. Shows following symptoms in oral cavity - सर्वसर, मुखपाक, with white covering.- burning pain while eating or drinking water. Since 7-8 months. Have taken allopathy but no result. No tobacco chewing.

Mouth ulcers,difficulty in swellowing,throat irritation.burning sensation over face.kindly help to find diagnosis n treatment

Post covid19 day 5 55 f moderately obese On pulse therapy of methyl Prednisonlone 250 mg bd on d9 to d11 of illness Apthous ulcer on Lower lip and behind 4 8 not painful no sluffing seen Difficulty in chewing with with reduced mouth opening 2 fingers Extensive periodontitis seen with previous history of pan masala chewing Current CBC mildly deranged owing to glucocorticoid tapering
