Old aged male, brownish black warty skin growth on face.

A 24 Y / M patient reported with painful ulcerative lesion in right retromolar area. with one week antibiotic and supportive medication the lesion resolved. After one month lesion re appeared at same place. kindly suggest , Differential diagnosis and line of treatment.
