16 yr /m vesicular eruption on tongue.since 4 yr...its goes down to..esophagus..(esophagitis)c/o burning in esophagus and tongue...burning in esophagus relapse then start of tongue burning....burning before and after meal.....allopathic tt ..since 4 yr ..but.no permanent cure.....relapsation tendency max...only...diagnosis plz.

A 16 year boy (weight 55 kg, tall) with sudden onset breathlessness and diffuse chest pain presented to emergency. He was fasting since 4 am (due to ramzan) On ecg (attached) seems to have right axis deviation. Vitally stable Kindely comment on ecg and suspected DD (any chances of possible septal defect ? As RAD can even be normal in young thin child) 2D Echo due tomorrow.
