63yr, female having pain abdomen at right upper quadrant since few days. sggst Dx Rx.

treatmnt for hydronephrosis and renal stone male pt

A case of 6.5 cms ×4cms stone in left renal pelvis.First I thought that it was an artefact but later on amazed to see such a large and densely radiopaque stone in renal pelvis.

A lady 28years presented with abdominal pain, no other complaints, suspected renal stones and done USG. can someone tell further evaluation and treatment?
