42 years old lady came with complaints of pain and lump in the left breast for 6 months duration. On examination, there was a 6*6 cm lump which was fixed to the pectoralis major. Two axillary lymph nodes measuring 1.5*1.5 cm also palpable. No history of trauma according to patient. Mammo image is attached. What are your views. Feel free to ask me other details and about other investigations

Patient presented to urgent care today with a cough x3 weeks. No other symptoms. No significant past medical history. We referred her to a pulmonologist. Our radiologist said the nodules are consistent with metastatic disease. The largest measuring at 3.9 cm. Thoughts?
