First a certain if the child has a milk allergy / change to soya milk / apply mupirocin ointment day/ and cover with gauze dressing calamine lotion / calamine lotion at night / may take a week to clear send off stool ova and parasites / mcs if dehydrated drip with electrolyte solution run in deep on percentage dehydration
