रोगी को लंघन करना चाहिए। केवल दूध में मिल्क क्रीम मिलाकर दिन में दो बार या फिर पांच बार सेवन कराएं। एक माह तक सेवन कराने से लाभ होगा। योग परिक्षित है। पिछले 45 वर्ष से प्रयोग कर रहा हूं।
