“good evening sir , a 18 year old female patient c/o severe multiple joint pain ....had come during my posting in orthopedic Department and in laboratory test.. the results was as follow: 1)uric acid 5.6MGM% 2) R A factor negative 3) A S O titre negative 4) CRP negative.... and my seniors prescribed her zerodol - sp pan 40 blastocal medrol 8mg after 15 days of taking these medicine , she came today.... but she complaint no relief of pain by these drugs... she has a history of migrain.... since 2012 sir pls give me the advice , what could be diagnosis... for pain. and also treatment......
