born on 1st January 1955 at baliaghat village 10 km south of Sivsagar town (once the capital of ahomKingdom ) of ass am. after schooling at gaurisagar industrial institute and collage at gargaon college, graduated as medical graduate (mbbs) from assam medical college in the year 1977. after a year of tea garden services , joined in government services in the department of health and family welfare in the year 1981 as m&ho 1 . served the community in remote rural areas since 1981 to2009 then 6years at the district head quarter and last 6 month at the state capital as additional director of health services , assam ,prior to my retirement on 2015 . after retirement I'm again in my rural services at teok as rural general practitioner.
