21 yr old married female wid c/o white discharge n not so irregular menses wid above attached USG report n rest reports WNL. pls comment specially on enlarged rt. ovary...she has previously tkn trtmnt smwhere bt no relief.

Report is normal. size of ovary enlargement is indication of ovulation only. White discharge is common & essential ,unless there is any Pathology/disease . MC is always regular ,not a must. & it means not a disease. 25% female having irregular periods but having baby & all. Rx only councilling Vitamins as placebo. Say ,don't worry. everything fine. irregular periods always not a disease.

minimal white vaginal discharge is normal unless it is infected or associated with some local cause. enlargement of rt ovary in not per seva disease, doesnt require any trearment for it. counselling and study of menstrual pattern is require. rest is reassurance.

give tab.fluconazole 150mg stat for mild white discharge.here rt.ovary 4.4*4.8 do repeated scan after one month if it is static and increasing in size send CA 125.Irregular menses present with ovarian cyst.can give ocpills for 3 months.

what is p/s findings .rule out cervicitis for white discharge.ovarian cyst might be corpus luteal cyst after ovulation.

Minimal white discharge is common, unless infection is there, no treatment is required. symptoms like itching, pain,more discomfort, go for regular vaginal wash and anti fungal drugs.As per ovary is concerned, it may be physiological. More detail explanation can be given by gynaecologist.
