A 13 year old girl with a 2.5-month history of this rash on the whole body (arms, legs, forehead, abdomen, back). The rash has desquamation at the border (not clearly seen on the pictures). There are no other symptoms. The similar episode she has 1.5-year ago. PHx and SHx are unremarkable. What is your diagnosis? What would be a treatment?
