Is it Mucormycosis ?

A 30 yrs old, Female patient with postive h/o of Covid-19 virus, gradual developed redness & itching than Blackening of both eyes. Right side mild Blackening and left side heavy Blackening occurs. After 28 days, when the covid-19 treatment is over patient suffers from this disease. May be like Mucormycosis ? Kindly suggest investigation with management for this patient. Shifted to AIIMS.

Seems to be black fungus T/t - Inj. Amphoterisin B Tab. Posanol Maintain hygiene Consult a opthal.surgeon for further management.

Apis and Berberis Vulgaris may help

Yes it very much seems to be mucomycosis. Go for blood investigation,Nd immediately start antifungal treatment.

Immediately starts a f Rx

Start antifungal amphotericine b iv

Yes it is because having alredy blakening devolped so should go for investigation

Mucormycosis? Start Antifungal t/t ASAP and Omit all steroids (if taking) monitor BS
