55yrs ex smoker male presented with cough dyspnea since a month but symptoms increased since a week. spo2 88% bp 110/70mmhg HR 120/min broncheal breathing heard in rt upper and mid thoracic region. lab reports awaited.

18 year old male complaining high grade fever with pain chest since 2-3 months associated with cough.. Appetite is reduced and pt become generalized weak.. Also complaining diarrhoea infrequently.. He was working as a water supplier house to house.. No family history of as such relevant disease.. . He hv quit smoking.. Tlc count is 8800..pls give ur valuable opinion regarding diagnosis and treatment... Thank u

24/M, Non-smoker with right sided spontaneous pneumothorax. 3 days post ICD - Nil drain , no air leak, complete lung expansion on X-ray. Please discuss further plan of management.

Hello to all the respected doctors and guys..posting a case need reviews..Pt aged 24 yrs..no history of smoking..with one episode of spontaneous pneumothorax rt side in october 2016..which got resolved after ICD drain underwater seal..but again in jan 2017 pt developed pneumothorax..on d same side..ct scan was done which revealed multiple bullae..patient underwent talc pluerodesis and bullectomy rt upper lobe..now dis is d follow up xray after 21 days of surgery..der is a opacity which iam finding in d rt lower lobe..could it be effusion or just an artefact???? Pt now with no sob,healthy..mild post op surgical pain and cough now and den..dat too not severe...need ur reviews..plzzz be specific..xray giving d opinion of copd/hyperinflation/asthma picture..but pt do not have those symptoms at all..THANKS IN ADVANCE
