A genetic skin disorder caused by mutations in the KRT9 gene. It is characterized by hyperkeratosis in the palms and soles resulting in abnormal thickening of the skin in these areas.

NOW ON ROUTINE CHECKUP, ALP +++ (high) GGT ++++ (high) SHE IS ASYMPTOMATIC , BIOPSY WAS NEGATIVE FOR MALIGNANCY, SUGGESTIVE OF ANY OBSTRUCTION ? HOW TO PROCEED FURTHER ? AGAIN ULTRASOUND WHOLE ABDOMEN SHOULD BE PERFORMED ?
