Mature teratoma
A teratoma which may be cystic; it is composed entirely of well differentiated, adult-type mature tissues, without evidence of fetal-type immature tissues (grade 0 teratoma).

Paratesticular tumours are masses of slow & indolent growth & in most cases of benign nature, in these cases the treatment of choice is simple extirpation of the lesion.
