A radioimaging agent consisting of the 131 I-labeled murine monoclonal antibody 791T/36 which is directed against the tumor-associated antigen 791Tgp72. M A 131I Osteogenic Sarcoma binds to an antigen found in osteogenic sarcomas and colorectal and breast carcinomas, thereby enabling the scintigraphic visualization of primary and metastatic tumors that express 791Tgp72.
