Pseudotumor cerebri
An idiopathic disorder characterized by chronic increase in the intracranial pressure. It occurs predominantly in obese females of childbearing age. It is associated with papilledema.

65 year male , HE IS VERY LEAN ( TOO SKINNY) , VERY LESS MUSCLE MASS+ According to him In this area without trauma, a boil developed then over the past 4 years it developed into this major ulcer.
