Seasonal allergic rhinitis

A 24y/o/f came with c/o running nose, sneezing, itching in eyes, disturbed sleep, irregular bowel movement and abnormal sweating for past 2-3 months. PMH- No relevant medical history. All vitals are normal. Please suggest Dx and Rx?
